The vacuum hole is too small to suck up anything they're always falling apart. It always leaves a lot of water on my car. And dirt i've already tried to speak to somebody standing by the entrance to cancel my membership for 3 months. They're still taking it out. I've tried calling nobody answers. I've tried leaving messages. Nobody gets back to me they don't answer the phone. Because they know that people are gonna cancel their membership If I could give it a 0 star, I would. By the way, the last time that I went and I canceled my membership with the girl standing by the entrance.she was so rude and she tried to charge me more than $25 for a car wash. Because I told her I wanted to cancel it. I'll pay this one separate. So I told her just give me the lowest one. She didn't give me that option. I' had to ask for it. She was so rude. I bet you. She said she was gonna cancel my membership, but she really didn't now. I got charged.
