  On May 8th I made a purchase. Josefina was very courteous and knowledgeably helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I purchased the correct part for my vehicle. Even though there were many customers waiting during that busy time. I am sure that she would give as much attention each customer ensuring they were as satisfied as I was. Customers satisfaction is her main concern. Thanks Josie.

  Ryan in Customer service is hands down the GOAT of customer service!! He is always in a great mood and is pleasant to talk to! Always gets me laughing. And did I mention he is fast at what he does! I prefer him handling all my orders and pick ups!

  Me and my dad went a couple days ago and when we were next some the employee saw my dad couldn’t speak Spanish and instead of assisting us he sent us to another employee he didn’t even try but Kat was excellent help even though I was traducing for my dad she spoke Spanish to him and helped him find what he needed she was very helpful and he was very thankful with her

  Hats of to this store great treatment,great team overall especially that young men Erick I wanna thank u bro a lot every time I go there u got me right bro u explained to me and suggest what is affordable to me and he always treats my right even tho I hardly know English a lot he doesn't give up on me Erick keep up the good work bro sky is the limit thank u

  This comment of gratitude is for two of autozone exceptional employees that's particularly stand out at store number 5636 in victorville california. These employees are Marc Brakefield and Matthew Casey both have shown exceptional customer service skills toward me. They have been very friendly and caring in the work that they do when serving customers. I've paid attention to how they interact and treat each customer and i'm very thankful to know that i'm in good hands every time I come to this particular autozone. Thanks again for your exceptional service.
