  Went in today to have my codes read and purchase one item. I stood in line for 30 minutes to finally get to the front and get called up just for the lady working to walk away and tell me to go to the self checkout (stand in Another line) idk why she called me up.. I stood in the other line for a good while and the customer ahead of me was clearly having issues with his card, just to watch every one behind me get called up, pay and leave. Even the customers with only one item like me, I was the only one sent to self checkout for no reason. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything or getting codes read because they could've easily just let me stay in my original place and I'd have received help like everyone else did who arrived in line after me. Felt very weird and will be making my purchase elsewhere.

  I have a subaru crosstreck and was having trouble finding the right size windshield wiper. it was a hassle because we needed a SUPER specific wiper but thankfully Jorge was on it! He knew exactly what needed to happen and was able to help us out! we seriously had to trial and error it and i appreciate his help so much!
