These guys at Kirby Subaru are awesome. The staff are honest and friendly and quick as well. Chris in the service center in awesome and I have never had a bad experience with them. I was having emissions problems with my 2016 wrx and Chris and his techs went through every scenario they could possibly think of to make sure the car was mechanically sound. I followed their advice and my car just passed smog so I am very grateful for the help!

As usual, my experience was so great!! It really feels like you are in a 4 star hotel. Everyone was so kind, polite, and hard working. The lounge was great-free coffee and snacks. They told me exactly how long it would take. It really is such a pleasure taking my car in for service there, which sounds strange, but it’s true!!

The service department was very courteous and professional. They had me in and out in a reasonable time and took care of my scheduled maintenance. I asked them to check on a slow leaking tire and when they called to let me know the car was ready I asked again to check it out. They called me back and told me that they couldn’t find the leak, they thought it might be the sensor and they recalibrated that. However, two days later the tire came up low again. I took it to a tire place and they found the small nail in the tire and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Not sure I trust the service department too much anymore.
I love Kirby Subaru of Ventura. They make scheduling your service quick and hassle-free, only recommending necessary services for your vehicle. Gabby, the service advisor, is very friendly and makes the experience pleasant instead of stressful. She is knowledgeable about the latest deals and coupons, which is great since I forgot my coupon at home. I mentioned there was an offer for an oil change at a certain price and she remembered the offer immediately. She confirmed the offer and applied it, helping to reduce the cost of my regular oil change.
