  Wow ! I just spoke to Zack at this location and I was so impressed by his customer care! I inquired about my future reservation and he was so cheerful & helpful from the moment he answered my call to the end. Thank you Zack, you are certainly a fine example of what an Enterprise representative should be and I'm looking forward to meeting you soon.

  This location is the best to rent from. They are kind, hear you out and fully help you. Compared to the Thousand Oaks location, this one has top tier customer service. Specifically Demetri was super helpful. Please use this location rather than others and ask for Demetri!

  Really frustrating experience with this Enterprise location. I came in to rent a car and was told everything was fine—just needed to grab my ID from home. I made it clear I’d be right back, and they acknowledged it. I returned at 5:31 PM—one minute after closing—and the doors were locked, no staff in sight. No effort to help, no communication, nothing. It’s pretty unacceptable to tell a customer to come back and then shut down knowing they’re on the way. That’s not just poor customer service—it’s a complete lack of basic professionalism. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

  While I did have a hiccup with the car I rented not being there when I arrived, and the eventual fix not being perfect, I am 100 percent satisfied with the experience solely based on the remarkably awesome and professional staff at the Ventura and Santa Barbara office. These folks are top notch friendly, problem solvers. When things don’t go exactly as planned, it’s a huge save when the staff is professional and genuinely want to help. I will absolutely rent from them again.
