  The staff obviously doesn’t know how to use the automated notification system to let the customers know when your car is ready. But the staff is super friendly. A little shocked that we didn’t get a car wash as part of the maintenance.

  My second car at Kirby Subaru of Ventura, went in for an oil change and left with a brand new Crosstrek Wilderness! Besides loving my car, the experience of a seamless buying process with no pressure and a lot of laughs. Bobby Campbell was my perfect guide, did he sell it, or simply help get me exacty what I needed to flip my lease and upgrade my ride?! Finance guys echoed the same family vibe and, painless is what I needed. The old experiences of getting raked over the coals in buying a car have certainly changed over the years but Kirby was ahead of the curve, and still understand the experience of buying and satisfaction with the Dealership is crucial. Full disclosure, my purchasing strategy is putting myself in the hands & trust of professionals who I like, and let them help me. Did I get the best, cheapest price & rate, hard to say, did I chose, buy and drive away in 2 hours over 1 and half days happy, Yes, I did!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience working with Bobby Campbell! From our first phone call, he walked me through the current specials on the WRX and Forester and had both vehicles pulled up front and ready for test drives when I arrived. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the entire lineup, very friendly, and not pushy at all—which made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. The finance team at Kirby was also fantastic to work with. I ended up purchasing a 2025 WRX and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Bobby and Kirby Subaru to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

  Rick Dennis made the whole negotiation of our new WRX go super smooth & effortless. He was super friendly & helpful when we showed up to Kirby Subaru just to “see” the cars & never once made us feel rushed to sit down and talk numbers. That reason alone is what made us decide to move forward with the new WRX a few days later instead of any other car brands we were shopping for. Now we are owners of a new WRX & feel great as there was 0 to no stress with the whole process. Rick Dennis gets a 10 star rating good job Rick!! Oh & we’ll see you in the holiday season later this year for that 3 row subaru suv!! Will definitely recommend Rick at Kirby Subaru to relatives & friends! Again 10 star rating!!   Bobby Campbell is the best!!! He went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for which was not an easy task! He was super knowledgeable and spent a lot of time going over all the details of the car and how everything works. He was kind, patient and helpful. The paperwork was the easiest and fastest experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. Thank you Bobby for being the best to work with!!
