Electronically send loan request to my credit union when I asked for printed to take myself), and NOT adequately trained on existing offers being offered to client regarding extended warranty (was told AAA would extend our warranty another year, but when we attempted to, AAA had no idea what we were talking about, never heard of it. After returning to Enterprise office to sort out, we were told by office mgr that associate 'mis-spoke', and they 'sometimes have that promotion offered'). Took FIVE HOURS to complete the purchase due to screw ups! Love the truck, good price, but not interested in going through this again with Enterprise.
