  had a slow leak on my Tesla thought it was the tire which I purchased from them it turned out to be the rim.i purchased a new rim took it back to them they installed the tire on new rim when I asked what I owed them they said no charge.polite and honest service and great staff got there early when they opened at 8 because they can be busy.i would give them 10 stars if I could

  I came to just tires for the first time to get my tires replaced and they did a great job and Mauro is a really sweet guy and helps you so much! Would recommend coming here for your tires and great service!

  Everybody was very helpful, you always can't wonder if they create some kind of a new damage to a tire just to sell you a new tire, the Ollie's Venice are armed with all kinds of little sharp things I was just kind of driving around probably should have been a more careful but it slipped the tire cost me $120 out the door, I'm relatively happy, but the people here were nice and made it fairly comfortable..

  I just had the most lovely experience at this shop! I'd recommend it to anyone. I had a scary brake failure on the highway the other day. It turned out that my master cylinder failed. I pulled into the first shop I could find. They seemed so nice, but quoted me an insane price that is almost as much as my truck is worth. Then told me how difficult the job would be and how expensive the parts are. What they didn't know is that I am a bit of a weirdo country girl and have spent a decent amount of time working on cars. I knew that this job was not at all difficult, and even the brand-name parts were 15% of what they quoted me. I replaced my master cylinder myself in 30 minutes for about $150 with top-of-the-line parts and additional supplies. I took it to Just Tires to finish the job and flush and bleed my brake system. I don't have any decent space in Venice to jack up my truck and I had a flight to catch. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL, FUN, AND THE PRICES ARE FAIR AND STRAIGHTFORWARD. They did not charge me for the brake fluid flush and bleed that I specifically requested because they found another leak in the system that needed a part that is not available (I know this is accurate because many years ago, when I was less experienced than I am now, I had to rebuild this same part of the brake line myself for the same reason.). They found several other issues with my 21-year-old truck that is riddled with Midwest salt damage and rust and invited me to come down to take a look while it was up on the lift. They walked me through all the things that needed repair, most of which are things they do not generally service. They discussed options with me, gave me tips, and never once attempted to upsell me on additional services, nor did they try and fleece me by charging me for what I asked for when they knew I'd have to do it again. They even checked my work on the master cylinder and confirmed it was done well (such a relief to hear!). I cannot express how much I appreciate these guys. As a blond, middle-aged white lady with a small dog who drives a beat-up truck, I know how I look and know that I am very easily categorized as someone who doesn't know what's up. From the get, they treated me with respect and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Ladies, go here! You can trust what they tell you. They know what they are doing and they respect women.
