  Try to rent me a car that was bad. The brakes are sketchy on this car, squealing, grinding. The guy tried to say that it was good when I detail cars and fix my own brakes and then he tried to give me a Malibu that was pretty bad in shape And I’m waiting on corporate office to give me a call to figure this out cause I am not very happy about this place. The people that work here are very rude obnoxious. They have no respect they want to give you a card. That is very bad. The door handles missing part of the pieces on it. The rim is all scuffed up. they don’t clean these cars very well at all. They don’t even detail them. You can tell there’s dog hair in this one. There’s dirt all over. Hopefully I can get a good refund back on this because I will not come back to Coldwater’s enterprise again, especially the way I was treated very poor quality.

  The car was given to me with almost no gas in the tank, after a block away from the office the no gas warning came up. The agent at the office never told or reviewed the fuel level with me. I was used to picking up a car from rental car companies with full tank of gas. Luckily the car advised me of the closest gas station. Since I am not familiar with area.

  My experience started off really positive. My car was totaled in a hit and run and the first employee who helped me was very friendly, helpful, and made the beginning of the rental process very positive. Unfortunately, the second half of my experience was very frustrating. I attempted to return my rental as soon as I was able to on the day my insurance coverage ended, but the location was already closed at 2pm, which I wasn't aware of. Admittedly, I should have checked but I was busy buying a car so I could make it to work on Monday. I returned the vehicle as soon as I could the next morning, but was still charged for an extra day and the manager was frankly not even willing to understand my situation. Additionally, my fiancee definitely left a pair of $200 sunglasses in the first car I rented and I was told they were not found. It was also very obvious that this same manager was uninterested and did not conduct a thorough search. I never leave reviews since I have worked in customer service myself for many years but the majority of this was just a very disappointing experience.

  JAMIE Was very helpful and very professional. We were able to go in and out without hesitation! He was super friendly and knew exactly what he’s doing! I know for sure every time I need to rent a car. This is the location that I will be stopping by.
