  Desde el momento que pisamos Honda, Todd nos recibió con una amable sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudarnos siempre. Antes de decidir comprar nuestro nuevo auto en Honda, recorrimos otros concesionarios y a pesar que fueron amables también, acá reunió todo lo que estábamos buscando. Siento que no nos equivocamos y seguro cuando toque renovar de vehículo, será el primer lugar al que volveremos. Estamos felices con nuestro nuevo auto!!

  Great service and supportive staff. Jesus Girón helped us from start to finish. He made getting our dream truck possible and worked really hard to get us the best deal. He, Jacob, and Carl were super attentive and answered all of our questions. We cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you guys for all of your support!!

  Walked out with my new 2026 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid because their agent, Edgar is literally the best! He really fought for us to have the best deal. Ross also explained all financial aspects as clear as possible. Even the other staff were just friendly and accommodating. Overall, everyone was just nice and listens to their customers instead of being pushy. 💯💯

  Oil change service overall went well. While waiting, coffee machine and amenities are accessible for customers. There's comfortable seating and charging ports to connect your laptop and phone. I ask for the same representative to attend us, who is always cordial and helpful in every visit. Wait time for the oil change was 3 hours. A suggestion: It would be a plus if someday Honda car service would implement exterior wash for the customers car as extra added value and courtesy for being Honda customers.

  If you're in the market for a car I def recommend Charles Martinez over at Honda at Van Nuys! Buying a car felt overwhelming going into it, but Charles completely changed that experience for me. My sister and I went together, and from the moment we arrived, he made us feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely taken care of. He was incredibly patient, accommodating, and honestly so funny--it made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. He took the time to talk with us, really listened to what I needed, and was completely transparent and honest with all the numbers, which I truly appreciated. I never once felt pressured--only supported every step of the way. He was very kind with each question or concern we had. I drove off in a car I absolutely love, feeling excited and confident in my decision. I can't thank Charles enough and would recommend him without hesitation!
