    At some point one of the mechanics damaged the bottle container where you add the windshield fluid. I didn’t realize until it months later that I noticed that something was leaking under my car. It turns out that one of the mechanics damaged the container that holds the fluid. The manager didn’t want to take full responsibility for their employee mistake and he immediately said NO.. he won’t replaced because is been a while even though I brought to their employee’s attention. I was instructed by Honda Headquarters to speak with the manager.. well it didn’t resolve the issue even though I bought the 10 years warranty. Since it is human mistake and not manufactured issue my 10 years warranty doesn’t apply for this matter.

    Just stop by to look at the Civic SI and I ended up leaving with it from my 2020 to a new 2026 with the great help of Charles!!! He make the deal smooth and easy!!!! You need a car come see Charles!!!!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ask for Charles. Seriously. I don’t usually write reviews, but Charles absolutely earned this one. From the moment we connected, he was down to earth, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, no pressure, no games, no “salesman energy.” He took the time to actually listen to what I needed, answered every question clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or talked down to. What stood out most was his patience and flexibility. I came in prepared, and instead of trying to redirect or upsell me, Charles respected that and worked with me. Everything was explained clearly, expectations were set upfront, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, but this wasn’t. That’s entirely because of Charles. If you want someone honest, understanding, and genuinely easy to work with, ask for him by name. You’ll be glad you did. Thanks again, Charles. You made this a great experience.
