  I was looking for a place that was nearby. My truck wasn't technically driveable because the lights got hit and something was rubbing against the tire, but I drove it in anyways. I just made a claim with my insurance company and the collision guys took care of the rest. They even made a phone call to a local rental to get me on my way. When the car was done, I drove the rental in and left the key with them and that was all she wrote.

  I got rammed by someone that wasn't paying attention. I was looking on Gmaps for a shop that was close to me and I found collision guys. It was a pretty simple experience. I already had my vehicle inspected by the other party's insurance and they sent me a letter with the check and the summary of costs. I just handed it over to the collision guy and he took care of the supplements that the insurance companies make you do by low balling your first estimate. He even hooked me up with a rental company and had them deliver it to the shop. It was a pretty seamless experience.
