  I visited Keyes Chevrolet to have my 2018 Chevrolet Malibu serviced. I was disappointed with my interaction with Gurgen Melkonyan. During the visit he spoke in a dismissive tone, interrupted me repeatedly, raised his voice when I asked simple questions, and refused to explain the charges, which made me feel disrespected, belittled, and ignored. As a result, the issue wasn’t resolved, I left without authorization for any work to be done, and I had to bring the car back two days later to a different technician who identified the real problem. I expect professionalism and clear communication when paying for service. I raised my concerns with the service manager at the desk, who acknowledged my complaint but offered no concrete resolution or follow-up. I’m sharing this to warn others and encourage the dealership to improve training and customer service.

  My experience at Keyes Chevrolet was great. Felipe is the sales man who helped me and I must say he’s the best in the building respectful great service was very helpful and nice 10/10 recommend y’all go see Felipe at Keyes Chevrolet 😇🎉 I am satisfied with my care as well as my choice of suv I picked , amazing service and tasty warm beverages inside

  Maurice and Sheerak were so helpful in my purchase. Made me feel comfortable and made sure to give me the best deal possible. Maurice had amazing energy that kept me engaged and Sheerak is very down to earth and is a great passenger to talk to during the test drives. Nick, I only met briefly, but he was extremely hospitable, gave me coffee, and suggested I check out other cars for me to buy. He was magic, because he was correct. I loved the car I ended up checking out. Would highly recommend anyone to come here to purchase a car, and especially from these 3.

  Just bought two cars from Adrian and Maurice. They worked extremely hard to give me the best deal and put me in the best car. They listened to me and was flexible for what I wanted to spend. Adrian even drove the car to my house to have my wife test drive it. Grateful for their commitment to excellence.
