  Bought a used 2025 EV Equinox this weekend to replace my 2020 Equinox that got into an accident earlier this month. Sammy A helped me with the purchase, knew both cars very well and was able to help my navigate the updates to the new EV. He answered all my questions with compassion and the ease of in depth knowledge of the vehicles. He went above and beyond in major ways, including making sure I could return my rental vehicle the day of purchase and that I could purchase a part despite being at work after the parts department closed. Sammy followed up on his time off to make sure that everything was going smoothly for me. He genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase experience.

  This Chevy dealership is a jewel. Every single sales associate Was very nice. The manager was very Nice and professional. He approved a deal for me that I absolutely could not resist. My sales associate was Felipet. This guy was absolutely the best. They really took care of me at this dealership. They made me feel so comfortable with purchasing my vehicle and made sure I was Satisfied and happy before I left their lot. Man, I’m not gonna lie to you. I wanna go back right now to buy another car.

  I didn’t purchase a car, but I came in for service—and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. My service advisor, Mario Morales, was outstanding. He was attentive, professional, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. The entire staff at Chevrolet Van Nuys was like none I’ve experienced before. Felipe T. went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through all the features and “bells and whistles” of my loaner electric car, which I really appreciated. What truly stood out was the level of care and attention across the board—even the general manager, Edik Hartoonian, personally came over to make sure all my needs were being met. That kind of customer service is rare. Everyone made me feel valued and respected. I never felt pressured or misled at any point—just supported and taken care of. Great job to the whole team at Chevrolet Van Nuys. You’ve set the bar high!

  I brought my Chevrolet Traverse on Saturday 4/11/26 in for service without an appointment, and Mario Morales was able to accommodate me immediately. Mario went above and beyond by addressing several concerns I had regarding my vehicle. He provided expert knowledge and a valuable second opinion, and he even took the time to introduce me to Sammy in sales. I was especially impressed that he guided me through various customer service resources I was previously unaware of, despite how busy he was.
