First, they ordered me the wrong part, didn’t apologize, then he insulted my mechanic whom he doesn’t even know, stating that he has probably worked on cars much longer than my mechanic has worked on mine. Didn’t make much sense as to why he was so rude nor didn’t apologize. Will not be returning once i return to hopefully pick up my CORRECT PART.

I went to auto zone and requested break light bulb for my 2006 Prius and was told by 2 employees that it is a led and can’t be replaced I had to buy a new tail light assembly , so I asked him to look it up again and he stated that yes you can not replace the led break light but I can order a assembly, so I went online and the tail right tail light assembly was from 74 dollars to 110 dollars, and I thought if one goes out the other one is not far behind so I looked for a pain and I got lucky I found a pair right and left for 126 dollars so I ordered them, they came in 1 day later si I took apart the back end of the car to get to the light fixture and that took me about an hour and took the wires off and unbolted the light fixture, I matched up the new with the old and installed the new and put everything back together and tested the break lights and it was fixed only 2 1/2 hours and $126 dollars later I was done and have the other one when it goes out,
Then I was cleaning in up and putting things up and decided to see how come you can not replace the bulb and to my amazement I pulled out the break light bulb 2780R MY7R1, so I went back to auto zone and low and behold on the light bulb shelf were 2780R MY7R1 bulbs 2 to a pack $19.99 so I went to the counter and asked the young guy working the counter for a replacement break light bulb for a 2006 Prius and guess what he says they have them in stock so I explained what happened and I was not happy I could have saved $106.01 if there other employees knew what they were doing
