  I wanted to take a moment to share just how impressed I was with every single person I interacted with at your dealership. After a truly awful experience at Hyundai Fremont, I was honestly ready to give up on purchasing the Ioniq 9 altogether. But reaching out to your team completely changed that. From the moment I emailed about availability, Fadi Yanni set the tone. He responded right away, and when I called him, he was professional, straightforward, and willing to give me the out‑the‑door price without any runaround. That alone already put me at ease. I was dreading to deal with car dealerships, but wanted to test drive the inventory that day. When I arrived at you dealership later that afternoon, I was greeted by a staff that was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I test‑drove the car with Diana Silva and Francisco (new hire). I can honestly say it was the most enjoyable test drive I’ve ever had. Diana’s knowledge of the Ioniq 9 was impressive, and she answered every question with patience and confidence. Both she and Francisco made the whole experience feel relaxed, fun, and completely pressure‑free. What stood out even more was the transparency. Pricing was clear, honest, and straightforward — no games, no surprises. When it came time for financing, Michael Vasquez continued that same level of professionalism and friendliness. He explained everything quickly and clearly, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to push any add‑ons. It was efficient, respectful, and exactly how the process should be. I thought he was a salesperson with his friendly demeanor. After what I went through elsewhere, your team reminded me that great customer service exist in a car dealership. Every person I encountered represented your dealership with integrity, kindness, and genuine care for the customer experience. Francisco also took good care of my car as he delivered it to my house. He has a good attitude and a great addition to your team. It doesn’t end here. The next day, I had a slight problem with the blue link. I reached out to Diana and she immediately tried her best to help me. She resolved the issue within minutes! I will absolutely be recommending Vallejo Hyundai to anyone looking for a Hyundai. It was worth the drive, and I’m grateful to your entire team for turning what started as a frustrating journey at Hyundai Fremont into an incredibly positive one in Hyundai Vallejo!

  I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. Gabe Estarada is the absolute best. He was patient with our questions and helped us find the perfect car for us. Allan made the paper signing easy. The service man who detailed the car took obvious pride in his work. Vallejo Hyundai is an exceptional dealership.

  I came to this dealership with a chip on my shoulder regarding Hyundai. Then, Cruz the sales associate, Fadi the general manager, and Jordan the service writer went above and beyond to talk to me, explain and address all of my concerns, and just generally be kind good people who care about others. I will be a life long advocate for these people who dealt so wonderfully with me. Special shout out to Cruz who is super knowledgeable, low pressure, and a pleasure to work with!
