I was able to speak to Cruise, my sales associate to determine my needs and next steps over the phone. He put me on with the sales manager, Fadi immediately. We went over my three financing options and determined what worked best for me and we basically had a deal. My family and I drove in to finalize the purchase and pick up the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and the process was seamless. They even made sure I met all of the maintenance staff while I was there. Anthony took care of us in the processing and didn’t use any high pressure tactics. The dealership did not have any “add ons” presented other than extra factory warranties, which I declined without protest. I would absolutely purchase from them again, and it was worth the trip out. This is the ideal purchasing process people look for, good work Vallejo Hyundai!
