Her customer service truly stood out and reflects very positively on this Jiffy Lube location. I also want to recognize the entire Jiffy Lube team. Although I don’t recall everyone’s names at the moment, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. I brought both of my cars in on two consecutive days, and the level of service was consistently excellent each time. Because of the great experience with Natalie and the team as a whole, I will definitely continue coming back.
