She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. Natalie took the time to clearly explain everything, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. Her customer service truly stood out and reflects very positively on this Jiffy Lube location. I also want to recognize the entire Jiffy Lube team. Although I don’t recall everyone’s names at the moment, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. I brought both of my cars in on two consecutive days, and the level of service was consistently excellent each time. Because of the great experience with Natalie and the team as a whole, I will definitely continue coming back.

- PTPierre TanabeDec 12, 20251.0Listen they might not do it often but when they do any type of service on your vehicle check everything after to make sure they either did it correctly or they didn’t miss or damage anything… I would recommend you stay away from this jiffy lube location at the very least. They forgot to put the lug nut back on after they rotated tires and they damaged my oil pan now I have to repair which is costing.me over 1000 dollars . Beware of this place just because it’s a jiffy lube doesn’t mean they hire true professionals
- PTPierre TanabeDec 12, 20251.0Honestly I have been too many jiffy lubes before but not to judge anyone this place is horrible , upon arrival dude with dreadlocks was rude an annoyed didn’t want to listen to anything I said about my car , secondly didn’t find out till later that when they rotated my tires they forgot to put lug nuts back on had one missing and honestly now that leads me to believe they damaged my oil pan and seal when charging oil because it’s leaking heavily now I honestly wouldn't recommend this place at all. Use at your own risk

Apparently the owner responded to me, he told me to email him so oil changers can make it right. I emailed and haven’t heard anything back. (It’s been over a week with no response back). I feel it was just a phony response to make it seem like they care about their customers. I’ve still got my check engine light on that came on immediately after an oil change.
