    Deceptive sales tactics. Saw this sales price for this specific car. When I called about it, they quoted a price greater than $5k above that price. They took no ownership, nor did they attempt to honor or provide a “good” deal, rather they blamed the posting issue on a third party. If you look carefully at the second photo, the posting was there for 86 days. If integrity, honesty and transparency are important to you, look elsewhere. I’m hopeful by my sharing this leads “you” to a more reputable dealership.

    Trust the bad reviews! This is one of the worst dealerships i've ever been to. ⚠️Please Read⚠️ i have been dealing with this situation for months now! I literally brought my car and to get one part fix. They didn't fix that part and in fact, when I got the car back, more parts were broken. When I asked why the bill was so high, this is what they told me. We installed parts on your car that are electrical. once we installed the parts, we realize that what we thought was the problem wasn't, but since the parts are electrical, we can't refund them, which means we're charging you for them. So what they literally told me was that they didn't fix the problem and they're charging me for parts that that I don't even need. When I asked for them to give me the parts that they took out, they refused. On top of that, they told me it was gonna be $4500 to get the wiring harness fixed. Because after they took it in, they literally told me they either didn't ground it correctly and that they clipped one of the wires on accident, they just didn't know where it was. They said since the problem is so big that they caused that they couldn't fix it without charging for time and parts. So now I'm stuck with a car that can't go over 65 miles an hour. Because they didn't ground it correctly and on top of that, they charged me for parts i didn't need and wouldn't give me the parts they took out even though I paid for everything. This place is really sketchy, and the people here will just milk you dry. Seriously, If they messed with you, just call Honda directly and let them know. Just go to the one in concord because It's not worth it to go here. Also, i've been talking with the state board that regulates mechanics and people from honda headquarters about. They're looking into the situation. Luckily, Honda, as a company is taking this very seriously and I really appreciate that, but this dealership is absolute AWFUL.

    I recently visited Honda of Vallejo for a vehicle purchase and had a great overall experience. I was greeted immediately by Keith, who approached us in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner. Throughout the visit, we worked with both Keith and Cesar, and I truly appreciated how well they listened to what I was looking for. There was no pressure or aggressive sales tactics at any point, which made the experience very comfortable. Both Keith and Cesar were extremely knowledgeable and transparent, especially when going over vehicle options and financing. Everything was explained clearly, and there was nothing confusing or unexpected. Once I made my decision, the process moved efficiently—about two hours from sitting down to completion. The longest part was simply narrowing down the vehicle and completing test drives, which is understandable. We then worked with Abdul in finance, and he was equally impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward, and again, there was no pressure. He truly knows his stuff. Overall, I felt very well taken care of—from start to finish. The team treated me like family and genuinely listened to my needs. I will absolutely return to Honda of Vallejo in the future. Their people truly make the difference, and it shows. When you take care of your customers, they will take care of you.

    Here I sit at Honda of Vallejo I have taken my car, which I have owned for less than three years and has less than 10,000 miles, to the dealership for servicing due to the service light coming on, and it is still under warranty. I have an appointment…7:30am Because of road work on Admiral Callahan it was a task to enter the dealership, after arriving I wasn't sure where to leave my car I was greeted by Tom and he instructed me where I should park my car, I entered the area of the service desk, there were 3 service people at different stations. None of them greeted me, Tom was with a customer, I waited for a staff person to become available and I asked if I was in the right area for service, staff member curtly told me there were others before me, I didn't even engage I walked away and called my husband and told him I didn't feel welcomed and I wanted to leave. It was then Tom became available and was notably helpful and provided a warm welcome. In contrast, the other staff members failed to greet me or offer basic amenities, falling short of expected standards. Despite this, Tom's kindness and professionalism salvaged the visit. I have chosen to wait the 1 and half hours as opposed to going back to the house, honestly after the above mentioned greeting I got I am Good I will not require a ride home from any of the good folksI’ e met thus far🥹👍🏽 Today is wonderful and blessed day in the neighborhood👍🏽🥰👍🏽Next time Hubby can bring it in 👍🏽
