I called on the phone saying I am driving from Napa and want to confirm, they said it was all good to go. So I ubered there which costs me 50$, and they told me they don’t have the vehicle I reserved. I go outside and see the car! I ask what is this car out here then? They say it’s “reserved for someone else” and that they “purposefully overbook to account for cancellations.” They did not give me a vehicle and did not compensate me for the 100$ Ubers and 3 hours wasted of my time!
