  Worst customer service ever experienced from a rental car service. I was told twice in emails from Enterprise that the rental car would be waiting at the auto repair shop, and that was not the case. Not only did they refuse to make those arrangements, but they also had the unmitigated gall to say "we don't do that" and I was told I would have to make my own arrangements. While their customer service was somewhat less than rude, they blatantly indifferent, and clearly not concerned that I had been given the information that conflicted with what they were saying. Once I got a ride to the rental location , 20+ minutes away, they were more concerned about upselling me on unnecessary rental services. They, also, said they do not meet customers at repair drop off locations despite what Enterprise says in emails. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE ENTERPRISE AUTO RENTAL!!!

  Checked out with my car in under 3 minutes. Dropped car off in less than 2 minutes. However, the car they gave me was not clean (cupholders not wiped out from previous driver. Car not vacuumed.) Also, the driver door lock didn't work at all. I had to get in through the back seat or passenger seat and reach over to constantly unlock the driver's door. Overall, good experience and very efficient service, just would have preferred a clean car and working drivers door.

  Experience medium satisfactory. Lost one day in paperwork due my reservation was online and I was not informed that I have to go and show physical 💳.

  BLUF: skip this branch and go to SFO I have a strong reason to feel that I was being defrauded both on time and on agreed upon conditions. I reserved a vehicle for pickup at 0900 (opening time on Sunday), and they did not have the vehicle AT ALL, and what they considered a reasonable alternative wasn't even on the lot. I see the alternative vehicle enter the premises at a high rate of speed, sweating from a car wash at 0936, I managed to drive off at around 0955. Keep in mind at the counter I was told that the alternative vehicle would be ready in about 30 minutes. I was even asked the question if I was in a hurry.. -about a car that was below what I reserved and confirmed- To make things more clear: I spoke with the manager on the phone, Manraj - I believe, weeks prior when I did the reservation ( I needed a 4WD premium SUV and I made it incredibly clear what I will use the vehicle for, and exactly what I need, and my concerns of getting one of these during a busy period). The car was cleaned well enough (which was the apex moment of this ordeal in Vallejo), almost perfect, but upon driving on the freeway the entire car was shaking even with light braking. So in complete panic I drove to SFO where they swapped my vehicle (to one that I actually reserved) in 15 minutes!! I would give the Vallejo branch zero stars, but I feel incredibly sorry for the people who work behind the counter, they must be dealing with many more customers like myself due to incompetent management. The audacity of making me feel stupid when an already reserved vehicle is not at all existent at this branch, and the alternative is not even on the lot, then misinforming about timeframe of delay is sub-par experience; and THEN I am being asked if I was in a hurry.. so: Save yourself a headache, shell out some extra cash for Uber and go to SFO - they have stock and they will take care of you properly. confirmation number: XXXXX38030
