I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The paint work is unacceptable—uneven, mismatched, and clearly not performed to a proper standard. The color difference is obvious, and the quality of work is not what should be expected from a professional collision repair facility.
My interactions with Mike and Tina were equally frustrating. Communication was poor, vague, and evasive. Simple questions were not answered directly, and instead of providing clear information, I was repeatedly given unclear and inconsistent responses.
Their explanations also changed over time. At one point I was told the vehicle was fully painted, and later the explanation shifted, which raised serious concerns about transparency and credibility.
Attempts to attribute the visible paint mismatch to lighting or shadows were dismissive and unconvincing, rather than an acknowledgment of the actual issue.
Overall, this experience reflects poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and unprofessional communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and lack of accountability provided by this collision center. The paint job delivered was inconsistent, poorly matched, and clearly substandard compared to acceptable industry standards. The finish shows visible discrepancies that were not present prior to the repair, and the overall result is unacceptable.
Three other independent collision facilities reviewed photos of the vehicle and all agreed that the workmanship was poor and the paint application was not done correctly. Their assessments further confirmed what was already visually evident--that the work performed does not meet professional standards.
What is even more concerning than the poor workmanship is the way the issue was handled afterward. Instead of taking responsibility for the clearly flawed paint work, the business attempted to shift blame elsewhere and suggested the issue may have pre-existed the repair, which is false. I told Mike to run the VIN it has a clean title except for the current accident repair that they were working on. despite Mike acknowledging at one point that there were errors in the paint application and kept the car an additional 2 1/2 days and still only buffed and waxed it. With no color correction. Instead of taking responsibility, staff member Tina dismissed legitimate concerns and made unsupported claims that the color discrepancy was due to "lack of sun" or cloud cover, even suggesting the vehicle be placed under LED lighting to determine the "true color." This explanation is not credible and does not address the obvious defect in workmanship.
Tina was also consistently rude and unprofessional throughout the process, speaking condescendingly and acting as though customers are subordinate. There was no accountability, no professionalism, and no willingness to take responsibility for the defective work.
This is my daughter's vehicle, and she was already dealing with the stress of an accident. Rather than reducing that burden, this shop created additional issues and then refused to correct them.
Due to the refusal to properly correct the issue, we have escalated our insurance claim to management. We have also been unable to pick up our vehicle because the shop has not agreed to fix the defective work. The shop was selected by our insurance and using a contracted collision facility we are supposed to be protected in warranty of any work that they do and they have yet to stand behind the mistake that they created. the damage to the vehicle that they repaired wasn't even in the area of where they created the paint issue.
As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. The refusal to fully acknowledge and resolve the mistake reflects poorly on their integrity and commitment to quality service.
I would not recommend this shop based on my experience, as the work was not completed properly and concerns were not addressed in a responsible or transparent manner. This wasn't the only issue a lot of discrepancies in what repairs really took place.
