  This Valencia Enterprise Car Rental location is the best in the west! As longtime Platinum Tier Member, I have been renting cars for four decades and the personnel at this location is second to none! Everyone is extremely courteous and professional in delivering the best customer service experience. I greatly appreciate Kevin, Lily, Nano - everyone at this location. Thank you!

  First time renting and Enterprise made the process very smooth. Brandon the manager was very patient with me and made sure I understood all polices. Julie showed me to my rental and was very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone in office made sure you were addressed and taken care of. If I ever need to rent again, I would definitely use them!

  I utilize the Enterprise on Magic Mountain Parkway and had the best experience. Julieta K.M. Assisted me with finding an economic midsize car when I was in a bind, moreover, she adjusted my rate after returning the car a day in advance and was over an hour late due to heavy traffic. She made things very easy and because of that, I will be returning to enterprise for future car rentals. Moreover, enterprise is more cost-effective than Hertz. I ended up paying under $500 whereas Hertz wanted to charge me $1300 which is mind blowing and robbery. Thank you I am very pleased.

  My experience at the Enterprise location on McBean Pkwy in Valencia was fantastic. I needed a car while my car was in the shop being repaired. My insurance company set up the reservation. When I arrived to pick up the car they had all my information. The first car they gave me was a Buick suv. I didn’t like the way it drove so I returned it immediately and asked for a smaller car. It was no problem to make a swap. The next car was a Jeep Compass. This car looked brand new, very clean and not a scratch on it. I had it for a little over a week. When I returned it I dropped off the keys, thanked them and walked away. My insurance covered everything. Everyone I worked with was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely rent from this location again.
