- FSFreddy SutantoOct 16, 20251.0Worst car rental experienced! We were stranded in Valencia due to our car broke down near Valencia and need to be repaired. We come to enterprise around 5pm and rent a car, we get the very uncomfy dodge challenger. 2 days later we are back to Valencia around 4.30, to return the car. But apparently our car still not ready, so we ask the counter if we can change the car to a better and more comfy one. The lady at first said no car available and inform if we wait there might be a return car. So we wait. About 15 minute later i asked, she said they have a few sedan returned and we can exchange our car to another sedan. She asked us to wait cause there’s many other guests on queue. I wait until all the guests finish at 6pm, then asked again. She re check, and just said : sorry we don’t have any other car, so the only option is just extend our dodge. Luckily there’s still a local rental car that opened during that time. We finally rent a camry at other rental car, and returned the Dodge. We only finish everything around 7pm. It’s waisting our time for more than 2 hours and make our rental exceed the time we supposed to return it.
