  Why have 12 actual chargers with ONLY 6 PARKING SPOTS available? Suggestion, make parking spots available for each connector OR move your chargers.

  This was my first time charging with the EV go charging network. With the process. A kind fellow EV driver to Stations down came to my rescue. Afterwards, it became an easy process. Once you get the hang of it, it should be somewhat easy. Going forward.

  I just came to charge to 80%, but when I got there, all the charges were full and 2 vehicles sat there until their vehicles got to almost 100%, all the while clearing knowing that there were cars waiting. The sheer selfishness of this really pisses me off!

  Good: All chargers unoccupied. 100 and 350 kW rates for those that can take it. Bad: charging with credit card not app incurs a $3(!) surcharge. This is a great way to make sure we don’t use EVgo in future unless we can avoid it. Of course we didn’t see this until after we had initiated the session, on a neighboring station. They really should make that the Home Screen. Chargers mounted with cables facing away from parking spot making parking perpendicular impossible. Who installed these without reading the instructions? :)
