  It’s efficient and the vacuums and towels are awesome. There’s always soap that is left on my car, wish the rinse was better. Wish they would also spray the back window as the scrubber is the greatest. Would love it if they didn’t stack cars so close. Just because you can get them inches from each other doesn’t mean you should. Car length between cars would be ideal. Most drivers don’t think of that either, they could also just take their time getting on the rack.

  April 9 2026. Wash stopped working and came back on with no water or soap. Just dry brushes. Immediately drove thru second time and it stopped working again during rinse. Left car all wet no dry. I pulled in to dry car and found dents on side rear upper corner. Immediately filed a report. Firs pass I had heard a bang and after 2nd pass when drying by hand I found damage to my vehicle. Reported immediately. Chris called to smugly say their video shows pre existing damage but said he only looked at one wash when there were two. He refused to provide or show me video. He refused to look at first pass which would show no damage and compare to 2nd pass. I mean they have the videos for both passes with 10 min of the passes. . This is typical to customers that report damage according to BBB and online reviews. Now an expensive repair I am stuck with on a new vehicle. I wish I would have read the BBB and google reviews for damages before I used this wash. They have a repute on for denying damage claims and they cause much damage.
