  Mike Johnson. I was given the card for Mike Johnson who I’ve called and left 2-3 voice messages and emails over the period of several days. Every time I call he’s conveniently away from his desk or unable to answer the call. I’ve never even talked to the guy and he’s dodging me because he probably heard I’ll be emailing him from the guy who gave me his card when I went in and they said they can’t help me order parts unless I email this guy first. Are you kidding me. I came in so that I wouldn’t have to do the email bs.What a bunch of lazy jerks and I would do business with this place or Mike Johnson. I have no parts ordered and I never was able to make contact with a parts ordering person. I’ll make sure to escalate this to this guys cooperative superiors so they are made aware

  Adriana led the way for an all star experience, She worked through every detail of the order thoroughly, checked everything several times, showed our new RV furniture and was blown away, There service tech Erik double checked our new battery to see if it was working great. His installation of the RV furniture was perfect. I have a great warranty and back up in the future with their service department. Most of all, Adriana cared about us, You can't teach,it is part of her DNA. Thank you again. Awesome work

  I stopped by around noon today to ask about a topper for my brand new 2026 Silverado High Country. I was specifically hoping to check out the A.R.E. Ascend or the Smartcap in person. The customer service was very disappointing. Instead of trying to help or discuss ordering options, the staff immediately brushed me off, stated they had nothing in stock, and told me to just look on their website. I expected much better assistance.

  Salesman was exceptional! Problem is in the processes that this business uses for it's sales tactics. First, I shouldn't have to pay a "let's go camping" fee for you to inspect and repair issues with the trailer. These should all be repaired before unit is placed on lot for sale. Secondly, the day we came in for our walk-through and purchase completion, trailer was not ready even though it had been there for 2 weeks since we put our deposit down. That's when we were informed about more repairs that had not been completed yet. Congratulations Camping World--you have taken away the joy of purchasing our first RV by your poor customer service policies!

  Horrible!! You have to go through a 20 minute “orientation” before you can even look at vehicles. They would not let me look without turning over my drivers license. Mind you, I am paying cash. We were saddled with a nice enough 20 something who knew nothing about RV”s. We explained from the get go, that we were doing initial research, and were not sure what we wanted. The texts started before we got home and were persistent there after. After visiting all dealerships within a couple hundred miles, we picked a brand and model. Camping World had a used model at a different location and I asked Robert for some history of the vehicle. He did not understand the question or why I would ask it?!? He wanted us to agree to purchase it and then we could learn about it. After going round and round, he asked his manager about the vehicle and it was nothing that we were interested in. Robert actually stated that he “did me a favor by checking on the vehicle history”. Then the manager emailed me, still pressuring for a sale. Vultures!! We bought our new RV from Mike at Santa Rosa RV. No pressure, no hassle, just a very pleasant experience.
