  Today I was helped by Ray, Matthew and Jason. I only spoke with Tay and Matthew, who were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, all 3 were quick to provide my car the best service in a timely manner. I can’t recommend their location enough and will definitely be back again. Thanks!

  Great experience. Appreciate the team there today. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered . No services felt like they were being forced upon me.

  The crew at Valvoline in Upland are always so personable and helpful. Today I was helped by Naomi, Daniel and Adanelder and left feeling confident that my vehicle was prepped and ready for all my driving. I routinely go to this location because I always feel like they take care of me and my vehicle. 5 stars all the way!

  Valvoline in Upland always does a great job. I went to jiffy lube for years, but switched to valvoline recently, they just provide all around great and better service. I seldom write reviews, but read the review below from Tristan after I posted. Do not go across the street to Jiffy lube on Foothill in Upland, the manager is terrible and super rude. Valvoline again offers all around great service, checking tires, fluids, lights etc. Valvoline offers other services that may take longer than an oil change, and any person should take that into consideration when pulling up for an oil change. That is no fault to the great service they provide.
