  Had a rough start calling in. The answering service was frustrating, felt very scripted, and honestly out of place in 2026. At worst you expect a call tree, at best some kind of AI system, but this couldn’t handle a simple trailer tire request. I was asked for the make, model, and year of my car after clearly saying it was a trailer, so I hung up. Completely different experience in person. Walked in and worked with Chris, who was excellent. He immediately asked for the tire size, confirmed it was in stock, and took care of everything. I dropped off the tire, went to breakfast, and it was ready when I got back. He even asked where we were going to eat, just great, genuine customer service. Great in-store experience, just wish the phone support matched it. This would have been a 5 star review if I hadn't called first.

  Absolutely the best crew. As a woman, it can be intimidating to trust the advisement of people in an industry you are unfamiliar with. This shop takes the time to explain everything they propose, provide lesser cost options when available and advisement on upcoming things to consider, without pushy up-selling. I've been coming here for years, for several cars and would highly recommend them.

  I came in to get my tires done and during the process a couple of my rims ended up getting scratched. Stuff happens—I’m a business owner myself, so I understand things don’t always go perfectly. What matters is how it’s handled, and that’s where these guys really came through. Chris, the manager, stood out. He didn’t dodge anything or give me the runaround—he communicated clearly, took responsibility, and worked with me to make it right. Thank you for handling everything with integrity and professionalism—that goes a long way. Aside from that, the service was quick, the team was solid, and everything else went smoothly. End of the day, it’s a shop that stands behind their work, and that’s hard to find. I’d come back.

  I was on the freeway when I had a problem with my left brake pulling with a burning smell. I called here because it was only 4 minutes away and they were available to check out the problem right away. Turns out that my brake caliper was seized up and they were able to change both sides. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating, they explained everything and showed me the damage and how much it would cost so that I could make an informed decision. This was especially appreciated traveling as a single senior female!
