  I have no issues with them, I called they told me to come in for two new rear tires. No appointment was made prior which was fantastic, walk in friendly. Waited a bit due to a series of customers ahead of me. They got me in and out within time frame and explained to me about other concerns to the vehicle. I paid and got out. All in all customer service was great and the work was great. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone. And I will be going back for more work especially my tires. And did I mention they have great deals on tires .

  I went to 3 different tire stores and each one said 2 or more hrs to look at tire.Had to be somewhere important talked to the the manager and Luis and 8 minutes later tire plugged and back on the road. Thank You

  Chris is back and with him the original best customer service. He doesn't try to sell you unnecessary services and the service people get the job done in record time (in my case, an oil change and brake fluid exchange).

  After getting my car serviced elsewhere, I noticed my tire was slowly losing air due to a damaged valve stem. I called Mountain View to ask if they could help, and the experience was exceptional from the very first phone call. Chris immediately invited me to come in, and once I arrived, everything was handled quickly and seamlessly. He was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely effortless. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and handled with genuine care. I truly appreciate how easy and positive this experience was. The level of service and attention I received was outstanding, and I will absolutely be returning for future service needs. I highly recommend Mountain View Tire & Auto. Five stars without hesitation!

  For what it's worth, I don't do reviews, normally because I am not pleased with the service I get. However, I have been here enough times now to render an opinion. Today, I dealt with Chris and Augi. But there has been other times and I can't remember their names. But what I do remember is the customer service is always excellent. The employees are always professional and focused. My time is important to me and they never waste it. I am told that there are better deals at the big box store, however that comes with a hectic atmosphere and aggravation. You won't find that here. I guess it just reminds me of the good ol' days and I like it. (This review is from my husband and he is a grouchy old man.)
