- ABA BFeb 2, 20261.0Ryan was very helpful but the guy who guided me into the platform was very rude and made me nervous. When he greeted me, he simply asked “oil change?” and began walking away. He then turned around and started signally for me to pull forward. He was standing in front of my vehicle at the end of the service bay just motioning to keeping moving forward. Then I asked if I needed to accelerate and he barely responded. So I did and it caused me to accidentally ALMOST hit him. This the only location that has me drive straight into the service bay/platform. I of course went too far and he told me to back up which I felt uncomfortable doing (for obvious reasons). I asked him if he could drive my car into position and he rolled his eyes at me and said “uggghh, I guess!” Then the next gentleman to come into service just left his vehicle at the entrance and they drove it in for him… which I found odd. I didn’t know that I was paying for attitude and to do some of the work myself. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable due to a situation I really should not have been put into in the first place. Probably won’t return to this location for that reason alone.
