I went in to ask about the procedure for recycling oil a service AutoZone is supposed to provide and was immediately met with hostility from the store manager. Before I could even finish my question, he aggressively told me to "stay in line" and complained that they were understaffed with only two people. When he finally finished with the customer ahead of me, he ignored me for another 10 minutes to work on the computer before finally calling someone else to help. His tone was unprofessional and dismissive. As someone who hasn't recycled oil in California before, I was just looking for guidance, not an argument. I’ll be taking my business to a different store from now on.

I Went here twice a few weeks back with my father because we were working on a Project car ( A 2011 BMW X5 35i). Danny had excellent customer service and knowledge. He not only saved us time, money, and stress, but he also helped me figure out what was wrong with our car and we avoided thousands of dollars in repairs and parts. He was so helpful and personable and represented the company professionally and memorably. To all of his superiors, let the record show that his work ethic and character are what truly makes any business great. He is an asset and deserves recognition and a raise.
