  Safelite came to my place of residents and the technician Mr Hiatt was professional, very helpful, answered all questions, was a good help.

  Overall workmanship seems to be okay. However, I had opted to get new wipers. I paid extra for that service. I had given specific instructions to leave old wipers in my car. I couldn’t find it at the time of pick up. Person at the counter mentioned technician usually put them in the trash can. Nothing was noted on my work order at the time of pick up. They were supposed to call me after checking with technician the next day morning. I didn’t received a call. I ended up calling the customer service central line. They connected with technician and found out that he never replaced wipers because they were out of stock. They refunded my money after I called and asked them to check with the technician. Also my insurance company had approved OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) glass for my windshield replacement. When I asked at the time of dropping the car, I was told that it is not in their work order. I showed an email from insurance company that they have approved OEM glass. They added OEM glass after I questioned them. It took them ten minutes, I was told that they already have approval from the insurance company. Not sure why it was not in the work order of my car. Also returning my car got delayed because they couldn’t get the OEM windshield from warehouse which is located at the same premises.

  My repair to the chip in my windshield looks great! It is so much clearer, and I am much more confident in driving witb it! The work of the technicians Marcos and Alvaro were exceptional! I was very well informed of what they would be able to do for my repair, what to expect ongoing. I will be returning for when future needs arise!

  The only reason why I giving them 4 stars is because of the staff in the front office . I was told 2 hours to 3 but I was there until closing. And still didn't get my car finished. I feel paid too much and wasn't offer nothing for the long wait.

  Safelite fixed a crack in my windshield from a rock on the freeway. They were able to seal and repair it so it won’t spread more. It’s still visible but at least the windshield was saved. (Before and after pics shared)
