However the office personnel service is quite marginal leaning towards ineptness. When I dropped the car I was told to come back in 4hrs. When I showed up for PU noticed they had not started the job yet. When asked why I was not informed all I got was a "I'm sorry" and then started to scramble to get the service done. Their lack of professionalism leaves a lot to desire.

The driver coordinated with me to meet at the Safeway in Milpitas the night before. He gave me a window from 1-5, so I hung out at the Safeway and enjoyed the free WiFi. He was there by 2, so I didn't have to wait very long. He did a perfect installation on our 2011 Mini. Best part was, they purchased two new plastic side pieces for the windshield in case they technician breaks the ones we had when he removed them. He didn't break them, and we reused the old ones and that saved us $40. He was courteous and efficient.

After the service, my wipers were misaligned, there’s missing bolts on the trim piece on the hood of my car, and theres a chip on the glass they put. I was asking for a refund because I dont want to do business with them anymore and I told them to take their glass out but was met with “we’ll call you in a few days” Now my car is missing bolts and have a chip on the glass. Go somewhere else. These people do bad business.
