Safelite Was easy to work with and gave me a four hour window for the technician to show up, and he did and the job was done quick and clean.

When the technician (Jeremiah) finished he told me the caps to the windshield wiper arms wouldn’t fit back on so he left them in the trunk. They didn’t fit because he broke the clips taking them off. A few weeks later I had to lift the hood of my car for a different reason and found a loose wire dangling. It was part of the windshield fluid system. He also left a couple extra parts on the passenger floor mat. That was fun trying to figure out where they went. Thank you Google lens for the assist. Knock on wood the windshield replacement itself is good. I just didn’t like that I had to spend a couple hours figuring out where the extra parts went and spending an additional $27 for new wiper arm caps.
