Managers Alayna(?) was totally unhelpful - only offered to cancel reservation, didn’t offer remedy. Guess this location was going to wait until I showed up and force me into something else. Unprofessional.

Very informative, helpful and friendly. I called to make sure there was a specific vehicle for my reservation and they called and reassured they had found truck I requested.
