    After assuring me "that a car will definitely be available when you arrive in a few hours" and then when I get there in Friday I arrived there at 210pm instead of 130pm because of traffic conditions after driving for several hours, Ailee then amended what she said with, "nothing will be available to rent until Monday" and when I asked why did didn't call me back she told me "there is no available caller I.D. when people call here"

    Nothing negative to say about this location. We need a rental to use while my car is in service booking a car online but heard nothing back until I realized that we need to call to confirm the reservation so when I did the lady said our original car we chosen was unavailable due to shortage so we got a replacement which every went smoothly and professionally the staff are so helpful and make you feel like you're at your friend's place then the day we need to return came our car still in the shop so we just called in to extend the date it went super smoothly. I just returned the car this afternoon Alex, our helper guided me through the return process it was quick, pleasant I love this experience so much and will never hesitate to came back again in the future.
