We need a rental to use while my car is in service booking a car online but heard nothing back until I realized that we need to call to confirm the reservation so when I did the lady said our original car we chosen was unavailable due to shortage so we got a replacement which every went smoothly and professionally the staff are so helpful and make you feel like you're at your friend's place then the day we need to return came our car still in the shop so we just called in to extend the date it went super smoothly. I just returned the car this afternoon Alex, our helper guided me through the return process it was quick, pleasant I love this experience so much and will never hesitate to came back again in the future.
