- RXRevelion XationJan 2, 20262.0I came here one evening to purchase wiper blades and was interrupted by an associate who wouldn’t leave me alone despite politely stating that I knew what I was looking for and didn’t need help. Although he was nice, I was about to head to the counter with the blades in my hand when he stopped me and told me that they were inherently bad. It felt strange because I’ve been buying them for years and had no problem with them. He then kept rambling on about his experience with Rain X and kept insisting I pick another brand which felt a bit pushy for a sales associate. I didn’t feel comfortable and decided not to buy anything at all. It was frustrating because I knew my product well and it’s what I needed. I felt like I was deceived into a sales tactic and obligated to purchase the wrong product based on employee bias. Not helpful and a waste of time. What a shame. It’s best to take my business somewhere else.

However who ever the short man is with the salt and pepper Goatie Gives this AutoZone a bad look. Between interrupting me while trying to explain the process of something to who I was with, wanting to rush someone in and out, assuming that the two women who walked in did knew nothing (I have multiple years of mechanic experience and can probably do more repair work than that guy). Autozone should correct that. It is an embarrassing look to the company and what ever regional manager is in charge of that store to allow bad service from the front people. I wish I had got the guys name but I was so appalled by his behavior I just wanted to get out. Infact in this town I suggest going to any other part store but this one.
