  I stopped by during their regular business hours and asked if they had time for a quick oil change. Their staff members were polite and was able to get my car in with no issues.

  We used their hauling service in 2015. When the driver was ready to go he asked us the double of the quote they initially gave us. Last month we needed towing 8 bins full of grapes and gave them another try. The pick-up was scheduled for 11am and the driver showed up at 2pm, 3 hours later. This was not enough that instead of taking the full load the driver said he could only put half and he had to come back to get the rest. After complaining that the grapes were getting to warm and that we specified how many bins we had, the driver agreed to take 6 total, leaving two bins behind. It was a catastrophe and we had to hire somebody else to finish the job. shameful business.

  Our RV was broken down two days ago and needed to be diagnosed and repaired. All in one responded quickly the next day to tow our RV from Nice to Ukiah. The next day it was diagnosed as the fuel pump was broken and it was replaced within three hours. The RV was in driving condition. Although further repair was needed, our RV rental company decided to tow it back to Fremont Ford for final diagnosis and repair. It is likely due to the engine light was on when we first picked up the RV. Never less I was able to drive the RV in a safe place to exchange to a new RV. The staff members at All in One are very friendly and responsive! Will use their service again if needed in the future!

  Don't use All in One Auto Repair & Towing! Coming home on Christmas eve we hit ice on the road and our 4-runner flipped onto its side down an embankment. We told the firefighters and CHP who came that we had AAA and they said they would call for a tow for us. I've never been in an accident and had to have a tow so I thought that was standard policy. The tow driver was absolutely fabulous, got the car out of the ditch and righted with no further damage to the car. He was very nice and polite. If this review was of the driver, he would get an A+. Everything was fabulous until we got to my house and I handed the driver my AAA card and was told that they don't take AAA. What kind of towing company doesn't take AAA?! A dishonest one, that's what kind. They charged me $260 to tow my car less than 6 miles. The driver said it would have only been $180 if I had called it in but because the CHP called it in, it was an extra $80! "So sorry but that's company policy." He was very apologetic and said if I wanted to argue it with his boss that he (the driver) would take the car back to the tow company's lot and I would have to discuss it with his boss when he got back into the office on Monday. This was 1AM Christmas morning on Thursday. So I was forced to pay the exorbitant and unreasonable amount of $260. The very nice driver said he would have the owner call me. The owner never did. I left a message. Still no call. This company's owner obviously has no integrity and I would never use their services. If you have to get a tow or auto repair, call anyone but All in One Auto Repair & Towing. I wouldn't trust them with anything! Any company owner who sets policy to take advantage of people who have just had an accident is reprehensible.
