I didn’t end up getting the oil change. The crew seemed pretty unprofessional, and there was a strong smell of weed coming from the workers, so I decided to just go somewhere else.

2nd expierence here and holy cow! The difference is unbelievable. They did the full inspection, offered tire rotation, were up front about costs, and kept talking to me the whole time so I knew what was happening. They are under new management and it shows. Gregory is doing an outstanding job 👏

I've been a jiffy lube customer for twenty years but I'll be going elsewhere in the future after my recent experience at this location. There's an employee with glasses here who complained from the point I pulled up until I left. The oil change took nearly an hour with four employees working and they were cussing up a storm the whole time. Again, the employee with glasses, told me it was "a pain" to change my oil. I don't need this crap, no one does.

Not a great experience. I had my oil changed, and less than 20 minutes later my truck began making a knocking sound. I pulled over, opened the hood, and the noise sounded like it was coming from the engine. I checked the oil level and it was right on the line. I also looked underneath the truck and noticed the oil filter area looked a little wet, although it had just been changed. I planned to take the truck back immediately, but the shop had already closed for the night. I recorded a video of the noise and drove the truck straight home. The next morning, I had to get a ride to court because I didn’t feel comfortable driving the truck and didn’t want to risk causing damage. After court, I called the shop and spoke with the manager. I explained the situation, and he offered to drive to my house if I didn’t feel comfortable bringing the truck back, which I appreciated. At that point, I didn’t see any more oil leaking, but the knocking sound was still present—just not as loud as the night before—so I drove the truck back to the shop. As soon as I arrived, the manager came out and had his techs inspect the truck. One technician clearly heard the knocking sound, while another wasn’t sure. The manager said he did hear it initially, so I played the recording from the night before. He agreed the noise in the video sounded bad but said he didn’t hear it at that moment. I then explained something I had witnessed during my oil change the previous day. I personally saw the manager go upstairs, grab an oil filter, and toss it down to a technician who was underneath my truck. The technician did not catch the filter, and it hit the ground hard. At the time, I didn’t think much of it, but I noticed that another filter was not retrieved and that same filter appeared to be installed on my truck. I asked if it was possible the filter could have been damaged from being dropped before installation. The manager responded that he could perform a complete oil change again if I wanted. I also asked if the oil pressure could be checked, as I had requested this previously, but I was told that test could not be performed at the shop. They completed another oil change and said they did not hear the knocking, though I could still hear it slightly. About a week later, while the knocking noise was still faintly present, my power steering suddenly went out with no warning signs or symptoms. It failed completely and unexpectedly. Now I’m unsure what to do. On their checklist, it states that the transmission fluid, windshield washer fluid, brake fluid, and coolant were checked, but I did not personally observe those checks. It’s possible some items were checked, but I can’t be certain. I’m concerned that the wrong power steering fluid may have been added or that something was overlooked. I don’t know for sure, but my power steering pump now needs to be replaced, and the cost is around $400. This is my only vehicle, and I can’t afford that repair. I don’t know whether to bring this back to the shop, risk being given the runaround, or escalate the issue to corporate and request that camera footage from that day be reviewed. I have no way to prove that the power steering pump was damaged due to this service, and they have no way to prove it wasn’t. I’m feeling stuck, frustrated, and unsure how to proceed.
