No issues at first, but found a puddle on oil in my driveway a few days after and an oil check light when I was driving. No harm, no foul. Went back to them and they topped up for no charge. When I drove out of state, I found that my car was making some strange noises. Checked for flats, no issue. Come to find that they didn’t install my guard back right. Now my heat blanket is completely torn up, and my undercarriage guard will most likely need to be replaced. Use to have nothing but good things to say about this place, but that’s sadly out of the window.

He claimed that I had indicated I would immediately abandon the front counter to review footage and that I had returned shortly afterward reporting that nothing was visible. This account directly contradicts what was communicated and disregards established operational procedures.
