  Ive been coming to this Just Tires for years. The staff is courteous and well knowledged. Emmet behind the counter is always friendly and welcoming. He's happy to discuss your options with you and has always been honest with me about what his opinions are for the most bang for your buck. This is definitely my goto place for tires, rotations, and alignments!

  A boss man named Emmett(I hope I got the spelling right on that) helped me out. My lug nuts were on so tight from some other shop from who knows when. They were on so tight that I couldn't take them off with the tools that came with my vehicle! Emmett had a guy loosen them and then tighten them but not too tight. Thanks to Emmett I can now swap out my tire with my spare tire. He is the man! Thank you Emmett. I appreciate you!👍

  EMMETT EMMETT EMMETT!!!! He's the man, y'all. Been coming here for years with different cars. And they always are HONEST and incredibly helpful. I was going to carmax for one of my cars because that's where I got it and also reasons. They kept giving me the brush off about an issue. After the 3rd time of them telling me nothings wrong. I came to Just Tires. Told me immediately what the issue is. Move it here. Also they have wifi.

  I had a terrible experience at this tire shop, and a big part of it came down to the way Emmett handled things. From the start, he came off dismissive and uninterested, like helping customers was a burden. I asked a few basic questions about my tires and got short, vague answers that didn’t inspire any confidence. The service itself was just as bad long wait times, no clear communication, and zero sense of urgency. I was told one timeline and ended up waiting way longer with no updates. When I tried to check in, Emmett acted annoyed, like I was the problem for expecting basic customer service. Overall, the whole place feels disorganized and unprofessional. Between poor communication and the attitude I got from Emmett, I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other tire shops that actually treat customers with respect this isn’t one of them

  Emmet’s customer service was excellent. I needed new rear tires for my Tesla MYP and he took the time to educate me on how to maintain them to maximize longevity. It’s nice to see someone providing actual customer service rather than just push the most expensive thing they can. Btw, if you own a Tesla MYP and you’ve been told your tire cannot be repaired, give Emmet a call. Good chance they can fix it.
