  Quick in, quick out! :) Only thing that could've been better was the price! $79 for semi synthetic oil seems a bit steep compared to Honda service :⁠-⁠$

  The older Asian guy must be Houdini or something, I mean guy wants to act like he knows the issue with my car WITHOUT even taking a professional diagnosis. Like dude, I’m tired of people treating me like they can give me poor customer service and poor treatment. I mean dude we’re both minorities but I’m sure had I been a white guy he’d try giving me the BEST performance, and say something like “yeah bring your car around”. It’s people like that guy that make it seem okay for me to walk around and just get the “bottom of The barrel” service, like I’m some bum off the street dude. It’s guys like that make it seem okay for me to get treated like I don’t deserve respect, don’t deserve proper service, don’t deserve fairness and equality! I HATE establishments like this that make me feel like I should just go elsewhere because I cannot achieve the same level of service I can elsewhere. I need someone that ACTUALLY WANTS to provide a customer with the upmost level of service so when I leave I feel like I accomplished my objective here. I just needed someone to check my car out, and instead I get some lame half butt response that led to me going elsewhere to actually see and understand ALL the issues surrounding my car, not just a sound I told you I heard. After seeing this dudes energy I could tell even if I left my car here I would get the same amount of effort in trying to fix the issue with my car. This lack of energy from the employee, who obviously was more interested with talking to his other employee to continue to be lackadaisical was more important. At the end of the day, DO YOUR JOB and I don’t care if a bum walks in with a bucket to drive, TREAT that guy with the same level of respect you’d give to a white guy bringing in a Porsche, OKAY?!

  I see why there’s 1 star reviews, I describe a “sound” the Filipino/asian whatever he is, older guy, just wants to ASSUME! ASSUME the sound is, I persist, “can you just take a look” he says “No I don’t have to look, that’s what it is” like dude!! Just look, isn’t this your job, guy is lazy and doesn’t even want to look, pretty much doesn’t want to do his job and wants to be lazy and assume and guess what it is, WITHOUT even taking a look. Like what the hell, what if there’s more to it, more damage, more wrong than what you’re describing. I HATE LAZINESS! DO YOUR JOB!!! Going elsewhere, but yeah guys don’t recommend going here if these are the kind of people that’ll be working on your car!

  Hey guy! Next time someone needs their car serviced how about we take a look and give a proper diagnosis before assuming what the issue is and going about our day. I mean if you want another job go for it, but in a place of service please remember where you’re working and provide that. Want to sit around all day and collect a check without having to work??? I wish we could all do the same, but while you’re clocked in please provide the service instead of taking the job you’re working at for granted. Remember what you’re here for, and GET TO WORK!!!! Shoutout to the older orange looking Asian guy!!HORRIBLE, I guess this is America right
