It’s more like two hours then they’ll tell you that they incapable to do it after calling corporation and saying yes they could. I do admit I have a real car that’s why I called ahead of time. They told me come down. They could handle it. Two hours later they sent me off my way you would apology saying that they can’t do not go here.

I had to get my car towed and now pay more money to get that repaired.

When I got home, my car started leaking oil (a lot - i.e. 1/8th quart) all over my (clean new concrete driveway). When I went back to have things checked, I received an apology and was told unfortunately when the tech removed the oil filter, it poured oil into the frame because the oil filter is in an awkward place. Your representative was very nice and said they would clean and blow dry the area. It appears they did cleaning but it was not enough. When I came home it had more spills onto the driveway. Now two days later, it's no longer dripping. I expect "expertise" and did not receive it.
