    I was just pleased with the overall experience. My car had an oil change and they checked the tires for me. They had the car ready when they said they were very pleasant people. I’ve been to other mechanics and I felt they weren’t honest here I did.

    I have been going to Mountain View Tire for nearly 30 years. Always positive experience. Robert is friendly and professional and has great customer service skills. My visit this time was for a tire replacement under the road tire hazard program. No hassle at all. Replacement done without question.

    On sunday , my car broke down in the middle of a random neighborhood while working delivery. I found out that I was having an issue with a broken faulty alternator so I immediately try to get to the nearest autocare center to get my car serviced. I noticed that many auto care centers were closed on sunday , but I happened to get on the phone with Brent and he gave me a decent quote for the replacement and I drove my car 2 miles barely with any power steering and they took care of me, they replaced the alternator in almost under an hour. The mechanic also was very great and kind. They even helped me top-up my tires before they sent me on my way, I would definitely choose Mountain View again and I think that everyone should take their car there to get service.

    These guys are great, they are fast, efficient and get things done timely. I highly recommend them for your tire needs, I hope I won’t need to see them anytime soon, but if I do, I know that I am in great hands.
