Called around the location to see if somebody could help, no answer. Went back in and found that there was a guy who said that we’re starting to close up. The place closes at seven, not six. He proceeded to ask me if I’ve registered already? I told him I’m just a walk up and I haven’t registered. I have no idea what he’s talking about. He said all the Jiffy Lube‘s are independent. Everyone is run differently. Asked me if I knew which oil I use. I told him not really sure was hoping that they could figure that out and do the work. Is demeanor was yeah sure but it’ll take 20+ minutes to get done. After that, I just laughed because the experience was going downhill and I didn’t want to spend over 150 bucks at a place that didn’t really give a shit if I was there. The kicker is, I actually know the original founder of Jiffy Lube personally. And he would not approve of the way that this place is run.
