  I enter AutoZone. Smell is rubber, metal, and ambition. Illuminating devices are extremely bright for my eyes. Many humans examine shiny engine organs hanging on walls. Very organized mechanical cave. I approach counter. I request “vehicle enhancement components” for my totally normal Earth car. Human scans box with red light wand. Advanced tribal technology. I approve. They ask make and model. I provide acceptable human answer. No suspicion detected. Boxes contain filters, belts, mysterious fluids. All delicious to my curiosity. Not for drinking. Learned this. Friendly human explains installation steps using simple Earth words. I nod wisely. Transaction complete. Plastic rectangle accepted. No barter needed. Efficient species. I leave with parts to improve transportation pod performance. Five Earth stars. AutoZone supports peaceful alien mobility and excellent undercover operations.

  ​Mr. Joseph Paquette District Manager #5541 Customer Satisfaction AutoZone ​Dear Mr. Paquette: ​Lupe, the store manager at this location, and Jaden, an employee, provided outstanding customer service at the AutoZone located at 14460 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780, and I want to formally express my appreciation. ​I went into the store needing one headlight for my Hyundai SUV. Lupe assisted me in finding the correct headlight, and Jaden volunteered to check all of the lights on the vehicle to make sure everything was functioning properly. During that process, they detected that a brake light was also out, and Jaden replaced it. This level of initiative and attention to detail went well beyond what I expected. ​It was obvious to me that both Lupe and Jaden are very knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive service. They were detailed and thorough in the way they approached their work, ensuring that nothing was overlooked and that everything was done correctly. Their professionalism and pride in their work were clearly evident throughout the entire experience. ​Their communication was also excellent. They listened carefully, understood exactly what I was explaining, and responded clearly and directly. Everything was communicated in a straightforward, accurate, and effective manner. ​I want to thank AutoZone for having such outstanding people as Lupe, the store manager, and Jaden working at this location.
