They are new tires so I know I didn't need tires. The person came over to ask me if I wanted to change my filters I declined. At the end he let me know my car was done and I asked him about the tires which one was low and he said they don't pay attention to that they just put air to the manufacture suggestion. I let him know I was worried maybe a nail or something and he took a quick look. I let him know that I wanted to know which one was low but he said they have to hurry and don't pay attention to those things. I don't understand how they have time to try to sell me a filter but not have time to let me know that one of my tires is low. I'm a single woman and depend on when I get services for my car that they let me know any safety concerns. I would consider a tire that's low a safety concern. Not happy with the service.
