They didn't notify me until less than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled reservation time. Mind you, I was less than 15 minutes away from their location. I accepted their alternate vehicle because I didn't have much choice, (trust me, I looked around for other options at the very last minute) and still ended up waiting over an hour because it wasn't ready.
