    I had an excellent experience at AutoZone this Saturday thanks to the outstanding customer service. Jasmine went above and beyond to help me with what I needed and made the whole process quick and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and clearly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I got the right part. It’s not often you find people who are both professional and genuinely willing to help. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend this location!

    I had an amazing experience at my local AutoZone thanks to the outstanding help from Manager Jaclyn Gonzalez. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows their job extremely well but also takes the time to make sure customers feel taken care of. Jaclyn went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Jaclyn truly represents what great service should look like.     I recently had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Mary Jane. On 3/15/2026 After attempting to resolve an issue regarding a core refund return my husband initiated in-store, I was met with extreme rudeness. Mary Jane hung up on me after discussing the situation and asking for the branch managers name. She offered my husband a refund the entire order, which would take 3-4 business days to reflect in our account, and suggested we repurchase the order for over $200, then process a refund for the core charge. In this economy, that’s not an easy amount to repay after already paying it. Additionally, Jackie, another manager, seemed to think it was acceptable to poke fun at my husband, questioning why he was being "difficult," simply because they went to high school together. This level of disrespect was completely uncalled for, and it made him feel unwelcome. We will not be returning to this location and will take our business elsewhere. It’s clear that better training is needed for the staff, as another store on Blackstone resolved our issue in less than five minutes, something this location couldn’t accomplish in over 30. Overall, we are thoroughly disappointed with the service.
