You stay in your car the entire time, which makes it very comfortable and efficient. The team explains everything clearly and shows you what they’re doing step by step. They verify which type of oil you want and recommend any additional services only if needed—no pressure at all. At the end, the manager comes over to review and verify all the work completed and asks if you’re satisfied. Excellent customer service, very professional mechanics, and great overall experience. Highly recommend! 🚗🛢️👍

The technician ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to repair their negligence. They left my A/c drain hose UNPLUGGED causing water to leak inside and damage my carpets. I went for an oil change and was left with mold damage. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY NEED YOU TO WAIT SO THEY CAN DO AN "INVESTIGATION". HOW LONG DO THEY EXPECT ME TO WAIT FOR AN INVESTIGATION WITH AN ACTIVE LEAK AND MOLD PROBLEM? | ended up getting it fixed myself because I AM PREGNANT and CANNOT COMPROMISE MINE & MY UNBORN CHILDS LIFE BY WAITING to fix a MOLD PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO ACCEPT FAULT!!!Don't get me started on the extremely incompetent workers. l called and expressed my concern and the worker Nate called me a liar when I requested a refund. I was told "he can see why I think the damage was their fault" | SPENT HUNDREDS TO REPAIR WATER DAMAGE!!!! Only go here if you want to completely wreck your car & deal with workers who don't want to follow their service guarantee!!!!!!!
