A radiator, water pump, and thermostat all done in one day for a very fair price. They showed me all the damaged parts, which I really appreciated, but I didn't need to see them. I've been to this shop before and trust this shop! I highly recommend this shop. I will be using them again.

They charged me 324.28 USD for 11 quarts of oil, 52.95 USD for the filter, and 25 USD labor. This is more expensive than my official BMW dealership. Inquiring further, they marked up the cost of the oil to insane levels of 20.32 USD per quart. You can buy it retail on Amazon for less than 10 USD per quart. What a rip off! To put it in perspective, my dealership, fully OEM everything, charges me 170 USD. This was nearly 2x that. Tracy Ripoff Service would be a more appropriate company name. NEVER going there ever again.
