  Always went here for my services on all three of my vehicles. But just stopped by for oil change and a transmission flush, but was told they don’t do transmission flushes. Always been a great place that covered most of everything, but now they don’t do a service that I have gotten there before and still shows on website that they provide. So, since there was a wait anyways, I left and going to be looking for another place for my business.

  Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire tire pressure monitor check. I had been to the location previously a few days earlier and spoke with a different up front manager about getting the service done that day and as well asked him about pricing on the oil change and the sensor. I showed up on the Friday and they were pretty busy and asked if I would come back a different day. I said, no problem. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. I show up on Monday and the service manager Greg proceeds to give me a quote that was $60 higher than the originally quoted oil change price. I ask him about this. He then proceeds to argue with me and say that he told me up to 5 quarts and my truck takes 7. Then he says I spoke with the call center in the Philippines. I told him both were untrue, I had the call center patch me in to the actual location and I spoke with the manager on duty Friday. Also, I came in Friday and spoke with the same manager in person. Greg proceeded to keep arguing with me. I asked for my keys back and told him that I will not argue with you nor will I ever spend my money at a business where the staff is arguing with a paying customer. I am not sure of the oil change techs and how there service is but I will absolutely never go back to this location and I would never recommend this place to anyone in the city of Tracy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Any place where the office manager is arguing with a paying customer instead of speaking professionally and handling a potential misunderstanding or mistake in a courteous manner instead of discourteously as I was treated is absolutely not ok. It makes the company as a whole look distasteful. After reading a few other reviews on here as well I see one of the reviews has a picture of the same guy I was dealing with sleeping at the front desk. Another review talks about the exact same guy who was rude and very unprofessional. Tires Choice you have been made aware of the issue but have yet to remedy the situation that multiple customers have complained about. You all need to do better. You will continue to lose business with this person at the helm who sleeps at the front desk representing your business.

  Fast, friendly and fair prices. Hassle-free. They will tell you want they believe you need, and if you say no thank you, they won't try to keep selling you extra services. The only issue i have is with their call center who gave incorrect information and hung up on me when I called them out on it. Just ask to speak to the store directly. They can transfer you.

  I’m not even going to complain about the service itself. I’m just here to talk about the customer service. Whoever runs the front desk needs to be replaced. He was rude, unprofessional, and showed zero care for customers. He gave off a grumpy, unfit vibe, and frankly, if he had a better outlook on life, maybe the service would improve. But as it stands, it was terrible.
